Billing, files, plans, and AI credits

Manage school collections, organization storage, subscription, and AI usage as distinct domains.

School billing

School billing tracks student invoices and payments separately from the Class Quantum SaaS subscription.

    Issue and monitor invoices

    Use fee templates and payers to create invoices. Issued, partially paid, overdue, paid, and void statuses drive actions and urgency.

    Reconcile payments

    Payment history stores recorded transactions. Parents may report manual transfers with proof for school review. Online DOKU is not available until its future integration is enabled.

Files, Usage & Plan, and Store

Storage belongs to the organization and must respect quota and links to active content.

    Manage organization files

    Owners/admins can review usage, folders, archive, and trash. Teachers upload only through authorized flows; do not delete material linked to lessons or assessments.

    Separate usage from purchasing

    Usage & Plan shows capacity, storage, and activity. Store selects available plans, add-ons, or AI packs through the platform checkout workflow.

AI credits and scanning

AI credits meter provider-backed features and are not school billing balances.

    Monitor the ledger and limits

    Owners/admins see balance, reservation, consumption, refund, and top-up. FAQ or deterministic CQ Bot answers are free; AI answers currently cost one credit.

    Review AI output

    Question scanning uploads a tenant-scoped file, estimates cost, analyzes it, and creates a review draft. OCR and AI can be wrong, so human review remains mandatory.
