Getting started and understanding access
Sign in, select an organization, navigate the workspace, and understand why each role sees different menus.

Enter your workspace
Staff and parents use organization login, while students can use learner credentials issued by their school.

Use the correct sign-in page
Use the main login for owners, admins, teachers, and parents. Use Learner login for student accounts. Student credentials do not work as staff credentials.

Select the active organization
If your account belongs to multiple organizations, select a workspace first. Data, permissions, timezone, and language then follow the active organization.
Roles and permissions
A role sets the base boundary; admin permissions can narrow menus but never expand access into another organization.

Know the six roles
Platform admins operate the SaaS. Owners control an organization. Admins receive delegated operations. Teachers work within teaching assignments. Students see themselves. Parents see linked children only.

When a menu is missing
Check the role, active organization, and dashboard permission. A hidden menu does not mean its data was deleted; owners can review admin access from Staff.
