Chapter 09

Operate the Class Quantum platform

A platform-admin guide to tenant provisioning, commercial configuration, demo bookings, health, and audit.

Tenant management

Platform admins operate tenant lifecycle without automatically receiving tenant academic-data access.

  1. 1

Create a tenant and first owner

Set identity, slug, plan, capacity, and temporary owner credentials. Verify domain and email conflicts before activation.

  2. 2

    Manage status and limits

Adjust learner, teacher, storage, and AI capacity through platform controls. Suspension or cancellation requires a reason and never grants tenant-data access.

Plans and AI

Platform configuration drives the public catalog and tenant entitlements.

  1. 1

    Manage plans carefully

Set market prices, billing terms, capacity, visibility, and status. Catalog updates must not rewrite previously issued invoices.

  2. 2

    Monitor platform AI credits

Configure packs, provider, model, and feature pricing. Use usage and ledger views to distinguish reservation, consumption, refund, and provider failure.

Demo bookings, health, and audit

Operations remain traceable without treating Google Calendar as the participant database.

  1. 1

    Review demo registrants

Open Demo bookings, choose Upcoming or Past, search name/email/school, select a session, review capacity and participants, then open the shared Meet. Lead follow-up stays separate.

  2. 2

    Review health and audit logs

System Health covers dependencies; Audit Logs covers administrator actions. Google, SES, S3, database, and provider credentials stay server-side and never belong in lead notes.
