Chapter 06

Student and parent guide

Use priority, assessment, progress, attendance, and billing views within each role's read-only boundary.

Available to: Student, Parent

Student workspace

Student Summary prioritizes actions instead of administrative charts.

  1. 1

    Start with Needs your attention

Check assignments nearing due, revisions, exams, and retakes. Today's subjects comes from today's timetable in the school timezone.

  2. 2

    Use learning modules by purpose

Classes provides class context and announcements. Assignments and Exams are for work. Grades contains released results; My Progress contains continuous progress.

Parent workspace

Every parent view is restricted to linked children.

  1. 1

    Select the child to review

Children shows the school profile, all active classes, and learning cycles. Use the child selector on other pages when multiple children are linked.

  2. 2

    Review actions and outcomes

Summary shows billing, today's timetable, attendance, academic updates, and announcements. Assignments separates ungraded and graded; Grades, Reports, and My Progress are read-only.

Family access boundaries

Student privacy is enforced from the parent-student relationship, not merely a visual filter.

  1. 1

    Academic data cannot be edited

Parents may read permitted assignment content, submissions, grades, progress, attendance, calendar, and subject data, but cannot change academic records.

  2. 2

When a child or class is missing

Ask the school to check the parent-student link, active class membership, and learning cycle. Creating another account does not repair the relationship.
