  2. 2

    Create an active learning cycle

A learning cycle defines the academic range. Create it before classes, timetables, assessment periods, and grade finalization so records stay in the correct range.

    Invite staff by responsibility

Owners manage Staff and admin permissions. Teachers holds teacher accounts and teaching assignments. Grant only the access required for their job.

  2. 2

    Create students and account links

Students stores academic records. Learner credentials and parent-child links are separate, allowing a parent to view a child without management rights.

Classes and subjects

A class connects its roster, homeroom, cycle, subjects, timetable, and announcements.

  1. 1

    Create the class and roster

Set code, learning cycle, capacity, homeroom, and students. A learner may have multiple class memberships; parent views read every active membership.

  2. 2

    Assign subject offerings

Connect a subject to a class and teacher. This offering drives timetable, lesson records, assignments, exams, attendance, and progress.
